This year’s theme is: How can we improve the process of onboarding new customers and clients?

Judges will be looking for hacks that drive higher post-launch adoption, promote self-service, and solutions built with AI tools.

What problem are we trying to solve?

As DailyPay expands, users in the same industry sometimes face multi-client scenarios, leading manual customer support requests for account connections, potentially hindering access to advances & enrollment

Who is our target?

Users of DailyPay who work at multiple clients but have only enrolled with one client due to matching issues/second client account not yet created

Solution

Create a self-service verification process to seamlessly match users with their second account

Concept Flow

We decided to add a feature in the mobile app (targeting users who are already using DP for one provider rather than totally new users) where active users, post-login, can try to enroll/be matched with additional providers. There will be a verification flow that is similar to onboarding flow for new users.
